In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "by888," "we," "us," "our" refers to the by888 platform, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and authorised representatives operating the website at by888.im.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the by888 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the by888 website, mobile-optimised interface, all games, sportsbook markets, promotional tools, and account management systems accessible at by888.im.
• "Account" means a registered player account held on the by888 platform, denominated in PKR.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in a player's account, net of any applicable fees, which are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by by888 before processing withdrawals or escalating account privileges.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all by888 accounts.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sportsbook market, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use the by888 platform in any capacity. This age restriction is strictly enforced. by888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one by888 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or for any other reason, is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and their balances forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. by888 accepts no liability arising from incorrect information provided by the player.

2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the by888 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. by888 does not represent that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk.

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your by888 account username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify by888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. by888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to protect their credentials.

3.3 Session Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account during any session, whether or not that session was initiated by you, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to by888 support. by888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in the account security settings.

3.4 Account Transfer Prohibition. by888 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or any rights associated with it to another person is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Accepted Methods. by888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in PKR. by888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with notice posted on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the player's by888 wallet within minutes of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day to reflect. by888 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified under the KYC process. by888 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including but not limited to source-of-funds information — before processing any withdrawal at its discretion. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal.
• Only funds that form part of the Real Money Balance may be withdrawn; Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as stated in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.4 Fees. by888 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. by888 accepts no liability for third-party fees imposed by payment service providers.

4.5 Currency. All by888 accounts are held in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by the Platform. Any exchange rate differences arising from a player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.1 General. by888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Different game types may contribute at different percentages toward wagering completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. by888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional structures.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Modification & Cancellation. by888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited to a player's account will remain subject to their original terms unless the player is separately notified.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. by888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns, software errors, or data feed failures in sportsbook markets.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, by888 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to players. by888 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from such malfunctions.

6.3 Sportsbook Settlement. All sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL matches, ICC for international cricket). In the event of ambiguity, by888's decision on settlement is final.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be updated by by888 at any time.

6.5 Game Availability. The availability of specific games or betting markets may vary based on your location, device, or other factors. by888 does not guarantee that any particular game or market will be available at all times.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the by888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering, to fund a by888 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or game errors to generate winnings through means not intended by the game design.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game environments.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the by888 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing by888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar service to obscure your true location in order to bypass jurisdictional restrictions.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the by888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and the by888 brand name — is the intellectual property of by888 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. by888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use the by888 name, logo, or any associated branding in any manner without prior written consent from by888. Any unauthorised commercial use of by888 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

9.1 Platform Availability. by888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, errors, or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

9.3 Cap on Liability. Where by888 is found to be liable to a player for any cause, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services. by888 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers. Delays or errors caused by such third parties do not constitute a breach of these Terms by by888.

10.1 Data Collection. by888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

10.2 Data Use. Personal data collected by by888 is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and improving the Platform experience. by888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3 Communication. By registering, you agree to receive transactional and account-related communications from by888 via email. Promotional communications are subject to your opt-in preferences, which can be managed from your account notification settings.

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your by888 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your last verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

11.2 by888-Initiated Suspension. by888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the review is concluded.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may be returned at by888's discretion following a completed review, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to by888.

11.4 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion at any time via the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-excluded players will not be able to access the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. by888 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players.

12.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which by888 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under by888's applicable operating licence.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and by888, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting by888 support. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.1 Right to Amend. by888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13.2 Notice. Where amendments are material, by888 will provide reasonable notice via email to registered players or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the by888 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
